Interesting choice of a bokeh submission, most people would've gone for orderly bokeh. Thumbs up for additional creativity, though I don't really like the big yellow flare.

I'm thinking this was a shot you took in the car? Fairly okay considering the car was moving (?), but I always prefer my photos sharp

Pity you didn't did post processing though, this one looks too bluuuue.
